Mix white flour, baking powder, and ground sugar in a mixing bowl. Take semi hot milk and oil and put it in a mixing bowl. Now break two eggs into a separate bowl and whisk with the fork until light and frothy. Add the eggs and grated carrots to the mixing bowl and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Put the mixture into the greased glass dish and place in the microwave oven. Cover it with a ceramic plate. Microwave for 8 mins.
For Topping, warm 2 tbsp honey and brush over the top of the cake to give a sticky glaze, then leave to cool for 10 minutes. For garnishing, you can use grated Almonds, Pistachio, and Coconut.
